Daybreak Mountain Guides has drafted this policy to be as fair as possible because, well, we know life happens. However, with limited operating days in each season scheduling is done far in advance, often a year ahead. Balancing both sides of the coin is what has driven this policy. 1. After completing a guest info form and agreeing to the waiver a 25% deposit is due to book.
2a. Full payment for the program is then due one month before the start date.
2b. If you cancel and it is still earlier than one month before the start date you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within one month of the start date the entire fee will be forfeit.
2c. If you find someone suitable to fill your spot we will happily transfer the booking.
2d. If DMG can fill the spot with a new guest, while at maximum group ratio, then we will refund you, less your deposit, for a total of 75% of the program cost.
3. There is no additional cost for rescheduling prior to the one month window as long as the new date is within one year of the original program. Your deposit will be carried over to the new program and any net changes will be applied.
4. If DMG cancels the program you will receive a full refund.
We currently accept payment through e-transfer. All payment info will be communicated once the intake form, including a waiver agreement, is done.
